WAIVER
Please return the signed Covid-19 release of liability waiver by emailing us at: overthisthat@gmail.com, or sending a screenshot of the signed copy, to (714) 599-4045. This form must be returned prior to the start of the event. If you prefer to print it out, please have the form ready at the start of the event. PLEASE NOTE: SERVICES CANNOT BEGIN UNTIL THIS WAIVER HAS BEEN SIGNED AND RETURNED TO US.

Face Painting (in-person)
$75 – 1 hour (RIVERSIDE OR OC)
$100 – 1st hour non-local (LA/SD) then $75 each additional hour
Basic Balloon Twisting (in-person)
$75 – 1 hour (RIVERSIDE OR OC)
$100 – 1st hour non-local (LA/SD) then $75 each additional hour
Face Paint & Basic Balloons (in-person)
$90 – 1 hour (RIVERSIDE OR OC)
$150 – 1st hour non-local (LA/SD) then $100 each additional hour
PAYMENT POLICIES
PAYMENTS
Payments for events that are cancelled WITHIN 24 hours, will incur a $50 same day cancellation fee, EXCEPT when accompanied by a verified emergency (ie; natural disaster, medical care receipt, photo, etc.).
Payments for events cancelled BEFORE 24 hours are fully refundable up to $99. over $100 will incur a $10 fee per $100 paid.
Payments for Services rendered are typically non-refundable as monies are used for:
*Pre-paid parking
*Pre-paid travel (tolls/gas over 30 miles)
*Dry cleaning
*Cleaning of, and/or purchase of supplies
*To reserve block your date from others.
****However, if you have any concerns we will discuss options available.
TRAVEL/PARKING FEES
Local refers to within 40 miles. Non-local refers to locations over 40 miles from zip code 92882.
If you are close to the limit/border of our 40-mile limit, (or were a past client when we were based in OC), please contact us, PRIOR to paying. We may waive the travel fees!
GRATUITY
Please note, optional gratuity is not included in any rates. All gratuity goes directly to your service provider.
OVERTIME
Overtime is based on performer availability. Please do not negotiate overtime with performers directly. Please call/text: (714) 599-4045, if you are considering overtime, and we will verify payment details/availability. Overtime fees are non-refundable for any time performer has begun services (overtime is the same as hourly rate as relates to minutes of service/may be rounded up for easier calculations).
DISCOUNTS
We offer great discounts and coupons as a thank you for your business, referrals, and feedback! Contact us for more information!
REFUNDS
All booking fees are refundable up to 24 hours prior to the event, (*except travel if we have begun traveling to you, any pre-paid items/fees we had to purchase for your event, or parking fees, if we have already arrived/paid fees). Refunds for services rendered will be considered/granted, based on the detail of cancellation/concern. For more detail, please reach out to us prior to booking.
CANCELLATIONS/RE-SCHEDULES
Cancels/Reschedules are available for no additional penalty fee. However, Deposits are typically non-refundable, as detailed in our Deposit policy below. Deposits are $25 per hour of service booked.
